What was Keanu's fake dare, and why is Ava so annoyed?

Keanu pranked the Love Island Australia villa during a challenge on Tuesday's episode, and the joke landed on the one Islander he was getting close to, news.com.au reports.

What was the dare?

Keanu said he had been dared to kiss two girls who were not Ava. He chose Shawnee and Layla for a three-way kiss. Then the reveal: "Plot twist, the real dare was to tell your best joke."

Why did Ava walk off?

"I just felt really embarrassed, and then when everyone was laughing I just felt stupid," she said. Keanu, news.com.au says, told her she was taking the game too seriously.

Was he the only one?

No. Nine's own recap says Zel invented a strip-tease dare in the same challenge.
