Why a Below Deck guest's goodbye stung more than the tip
The first charter praised the food, then told the crew exactly what it thought of the service

Below Deck season 13's first charter ended on 19 October with a parting line the crew will not forget, Bravo reports: primary guest Christina Haisfield told them it was clear they had never worked together.
It is the first verdict on a new team in Thailand, and it landed in front of the captain.
"Two things are abundantly clear to us. You all bring such great energy to your jobs. And two, it's clear you've never worked together before," she said, while praising chef Moe Vilomar's food.
Was she wrong?
Not entirely. Bravo lists chips that were asked for and never came, and a juice order that took more than 30 minutes. Reality Tea reports Captain Kerry Titheradge also took bosun Alex Wright aside over rookie mistakes while docking, and told him to harness lead deckhand Matt's energy before a power struggle starts.

The charter left a $25,000 tip. "Our very first tip, we could have done way better, and we will do way better," Kerry told the crew.
