Is Alex Wright's bosun job on the line after the jet-ski mix-up?
One harness overboard, one unmarked spot and a captain who is running out of patience

Captain Kerry Titheradge called out his deck team on the 26 October episode of Below Deck after the yacht's only jet-ski harness went into the ocean, Bravo reports.
It matters because it is not the first slip: Bravo notes bosun Alex Wright and deckhand Jessenia Stidger had already struggled to lift the anchor the episode before.
What actually happened?
Jessenia dropped the harness during the second charter. Nobody marked where it went in, which is the part that annoyed the captain most.
Who took the blame?
Alex did. "If any one of my team messes up, then it's my responsibility," he said, in Bravo's account.
So is he getting sacked?
Not yet. Kerry told producers "we're gonna make changes" if things did not improve, and hinted to chief stew Fraser Olender that the bosun could go. The next episode's preview shows Alex worried about being sacked, and lead deckhand Matthew Fitzpatrick-Buck offering to step up.
Does any of this hit the tip?
Guests notice a slow deck, and a slow deck costs tips.
