## 1. About this policy

1.1 This policy explains what personal information Litty collects, why, and how you control it. Litty is run by Litty Gaming Pty Ltd (ABN 12 677 142 853, ACN 677 142 853) of Level 29, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney NSW 2000, and is for people aged 18 and over. We follow the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

## 2. What we collect

2.1 Most of it comes from you as you sign up and play. The rest comes from your device, from Apple and Google when you sign in, and from partners you use Litty with.

2.2 That includes your email, mobile number, nickname, picture and date of birth, plus anything optional you add, such as your name or favourite shows. We keep a record of your predictions, entries, results, coins, items and levels, and of the people you follow, the rooms you join and what you post. When you win, we collect your name, postal address and proof of identity. From your device we collect its type, app version, time zone and notification tokens, how you use the app, the ads you see, crash reports and your IP address.

2.3 We don't collect sensitive information such as health or political views.

2.4 On the web, Litty keeps your sign-in and settings in your browser's storage. We don't respond to Do Not Track signals.

## 3. How we use it

3.1 Run your account, contests, draws and prizes.

3.2 Show your profile and results to other players.

3.3 Keep chat and comments safe, with automated checks for abusive text and pictures.

3.4 Stop cheating, such as one person running several accounts.

3.5 Send the notifications you switch on (in the app, by email or on WhatsApp), and marketing if you agreed to it.

3.6 Show ads and count how they perform.

3.7 Fix faults and improve the app.

3.8 Meet legal obligations, such as tax and prize-draw records.

3.9 Before paying a prize we may check your identity and age. We publish winners as the draw's terms require, usually your nickname and state. Advertisers get counts of views and taps, never your name or contact details. We don't sell your personal information.

## 4. Who we share it with

4.1 We share personal information with three kinds of company, only as far as each needs it:

- (a) Service providers that run Litty for us: hosting, sign-in, messaging (including WhatsApp), notifications, analytics and moderation. Their contracts limit how they use your information.
- (b) Partners we run contests, draws, rewards, offers or connected apps with, and the suppliers who deliver prizes. They may receive your email, nickname, account details, balances and the badges and rewards on your account, so they can check you qualify, deliver a prize or reward, or link your accounts. They may also send us information about you for the same reasons.
- (c) Advertisers and sponsors, who receive combined reports, such as how many people saw or tapped an ad, that don't identify you.

4.2 Partners can't use your information to market to you unless you agree to it. Our main systems are in Sydney; some providers and partners store information in the United States.

4.3 We also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone from serious harm, or to a buyer if the business is sold.

## 5. Keeping it safe, and your choices

5.1 We encrypt your information and limit who can see it. If a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the regulator.

5.2 See or correct it in Profile and Settings, or email us.

5.3 Turn off notifications or marketing in Settings, on your phone, or with the unsubscribe link. Messages about your account, sign-in codes and prizes still come.

5.4 Delete your account in Settings. After 30 days we remove your name, contact details and profile. We keep tax and prize records for 7 years as the law requires, and what we need to prevent fraud.

5.5 Software picks draw winners at random, hides comments or pictures flagged as abusive, and can pause accounts suspected of cheating. A person reviews any of these if you dispute it. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.

## 6. Scams

6.1 We'll never ask for your password, your bank details or a fee to claim a prize. If a message says you've won and asks for any of those, it isn't from us: don't reply, and tell us at [privacy@litty.com.au](mailto:privacy@litty.com.au).

## 7. Questions and complaints

7.1 Email [privacy@litty.com.au](mailto:privacy@litty.com.au), or write to Litty Gaming Pty Ltd, Level 29, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney NSW 2000. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner on 1300 363 992.

7.2 When this policy changes, we'll update the date below and tell you in the app before any change to how we use your information.
