What boosters do
Use one on a question in a contest to change what it can earn.
A booster goes on one question in a contest. There are three:
Bonus wheel spins a multiplier onto that call.
Crowd peek shows you how everyone else is calling it.
Shield counts a miss on that question as a hit anyway.
Paying for a booster
Most boosters cost a token. Some are free, and some have a price in coins or gems; the booster tray shows which before you use one.
Tokens refill one at a time, up to a limit. The tray shows how many you have and when the next one arrives. Once you're full the refill stops, so it pays to spend them.
Changed your mind?
You can take a booster back off a question before you lock in, and the token comes back to you.
